Disputes/ Chargebacks

Yourself, as a customer are required to enter your information manually in 4 separate fields.

4. REVIEW & PLACE ORDER; at this point you have agreed that all the information is correct and agree to our terms and conditions, store policy & information.

ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER SHOULD BE REPORTED TO EMME LASHESS. 

IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, OR ARE MISSING ITEMS, CONTACT EMME LASHESS VIA EMAIL, INSTAGRAM OR THROUGH OUR WEBSITE.

Disputes that are open with your bank claiming to have NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRANSACTION. After accepting our terms and conditions, store policies before check out, receiving a confirmation + tracking email for your order, and finally receiving the items Emme Lashess can and may ban you from making any further purchases.

Why will Emme Lashess ban you from making further purchases? 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Integrity is a huge deal. Claiming to have no knowledge of this transaction, after a detailed purchase, after manually entering the information, after receiving several emails and receiving our items you are committing FRAUDULENT CLAIMS with your bank.

Chargebacks/ Disputes are taken very seriously and takes away from our working time, to build a case and show proof of your purchase.

Return Policy:

​

1. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

​

2. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned back to Emme Lashess, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to re-ship it.

​

3. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of a damaged product is provided and the damaged item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for shipping charge).  We cannot replace or exchange used items.

4. We only offer refunds with a store credit (shipping is non-refundable); please note that we do not refund money under any circumstance.

If, for whatever reason (upon Emme Lashess discretion) your order is cancelled, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

1. After placing an order you will receive an email confirming we have received your order.

3.A second email will be sent once your order has been processed and scanned with a tracking number.

We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian orders.

6. Delays, holds, returns or forwarded mail is out of our control. Please, double check your address to avoid any issues.

 

7.We are not responsible for packages with a "Delivered" status but not received and/or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the USPS to track your parcel.

GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from www.emmelashess.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us USPS directly for more information.

 

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

Emme Lashess does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
